Ready-to-Wear orders require 1–3 business days before dispatch. Made-to-Order and Bespoke pieces require 5–7 business days before dispatch. Delivery times vary by location and courier.
We offer exchanges only. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
No. Bespoke and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will replace it at no additional cost.
