Made-to-Order and Bespoke pieces are individually crafted and require 5–7 business days for production before dispatch. This allows our team to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and finishing.
All bespoke and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for the client and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
